Who operates this site
systemonemodels.ai ("System One Models") is a project operated by Gilver.ai, Inc., a C-corp registered in the State of Delaware, United States ("Gilver.ai"). System One Models is not yet a separately incorporated company. Gilver.ai operates the platform.
If System One Models is later incorporated as its own company, the platform, its accounts and these policies will transfer to that company. We will tell account holders by email at least 30 days before any such transfer takes effect.

Status of the service
System One Models is a free public preview. It is offered without charge, without paid plans and without any service-level commitment. Features may change, pause or stop. Hosted models from third-party providers are offered and billed by those providers under their own terms, not by us.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. The process is described in section 12 of the Terms of Service.
Trademarks and affiliation
Model names, company names and logos shown on organisation and model pages belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean those owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with System One Models.
systemonemodels.ai is not affiliated with systemonemodels.org.
System One Studio is a separate open-source project and hosted at its own address. Its use is governed by its own licence and terms.
Open-source software
The systemone CLI and SDK are published under the licence stated in their repository at github.com/systemonemodels. That licence, not the Terms of Service, governs your use of the code itself.
