Turn meeting notes into action items, each with an owner

Find the sentences in meeting notes or a transcript that commit someone to doing something, pick each one's owner from the attendee list, and post a task list when the meeting ends.

The decision

For each sentence, a noul question: "someone commits to doing something after the meeting". For each action item, a choice over the attendees, plus "nobody named", for its owner, and a choice over when it is due: this week, this month, or no date given.

How to build it

  1. Take the notes or the transcript from your meeting tool, and split it into sentences, each with a few lines of context.
  2. Ask the noul question of every sentence, and keep those above 0.7 as action items.
  3. For each item, ask who owns it, with the attendees as the options. Below 0.6, leave it unassigned rather than guess.
  4. Post the list to the meeting's channel or your task tracker, where people can fix an owner in one click.

Make it better

GLiNER2.5-Decide can also extract the task itself as a short span, so each item reads as an instruction rather than a quote. Every owner people correct is a label: fine-tune on them after a few weeks.
